ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Registration for admission is done in the month of January on receiving the Registration-cum-Admission Form along with a Registration fee*.

*The fee may vary year to year.

General Rules for Admission

Application for admission to the school must be made on the prescribed form attached with prospectus. The following prescribed documents should be attached to the application form at the time of admission.

1. An attested copy of the certificates of Good Conduct from the Head of the Institution last attended.
2. Three copies of recent photograph.
3. Attested copies of Board Certificate showing the date of birth and details of previous examination passed.
4. Transfer Certificate & Academic record of previous school.
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card is mandatory.

(A) Admission to Class XI.
Registration/ Provisional Admission takes place in the month of April on the basis of Class X Pre Board Result. However regular admission is carried out only on the submission of Class X Board Result.

(B) Admission to Classes (I to IX)
Admission to these classes depend on the availability of seats, merit and the percentage of marks in the entrance test to be held in the month of Feb/March.

(C) Admission to Nursery/ K.G.
Children between the age of 2½ to 3½ years for Nursery and 3½ to 4½ in L.K.G. and 4½ to 5½ years for U.K.G. will have to qualify the Entrance test. dates and syllabus for the same will be intimated at the time of registration.

Note: If the number of students opting for a particular option in Arts stream is less than 10 students then the option will discontinue.
